Turn paperless symlink into wrapper, this way OMP_NUM_THREADS=1 is
also set when paperless is called outside rc scripts.

KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 6.2.0.
KDE Frameworks are 72 addon libraries to Qt which provide a wide variety
of commonly needed functionality in mature, peer reviewed and well
tested libraries with friendly licensing terms. For an introduction see
the KDE Frameworks release announcement.
This release is part of a series of planned monthly releases making
improvements available to developers in a quick and predictable manner.

* Switch the port from the repo-copied py-dj42-django* ports to the
original ones as they're using Django 4.2 now.
* Some ports were also created directly with a "py-dj42-" prefix to
have a consistent naming scheme of Django 4.2 ports and had no
Django 3.2 counterpart.
After all Django consumers have been changed from Django 3.2 to
Django 4.2 with 680c68fd4d, these ports are now renamed accordingly.

KDE Plasma 6.0.4, Bugfix Release for April
Tuesday, 16 April 2024. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma
6, versioned 6.0.4.
This release adds three weeks' worth of new translations and fixes from
KDE's contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and
include:
* Foldermodel: Export urls to the Desktop Portal on drag and copy.
* System Monitor: Fix the column configuration dialog being too small
on the overview page.
* Applets/battery: Check actual battery for charge state workaround.

- While I'm here, update audio/py-pyradio to use PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX instead of PKGNAMEPREFIX for *_DEPENDS
DEBUG like all ports features, must not ever be set in a port, they are
user facing features, that the user needs to enable in their
environment/make.conf, either by defining WITH_DEBUG globally, or by
setting WITH_DEBUG_PORTS with origin of ports they want DEBUG enabled
in.

Tuesday, 26 March 2024. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 6, versioned 6.0.3.
